Coenzyme Q10 exists in the body in two interchangeable forms. Ubiquinone is the oxidised form, most often used in capsules and tablets. Ubiquinol is the reduced form, and it is the one BestQ10 contains.
Coenzyme Q10 does not dissolve in water. A fat carrier is therefore a natural choice for it, and medium-chain triglycerides from coconut are stable, neutral in taste and need no emulsifiers.
The natural vitamin E in BestQ10, a mixture of tocopherols, is there as the antioxidant of the formula itself: it protects the oil and the coenzyme in the bottle. It is listed among the ingredients for that reason, not as a declared nutrient of the product.
A 30 ml bottle holds roughly 900 drops. At the suggested serving of 10 drops a day that is around 90 servings, and the liquid form makes it simple to take the product dissolved in water or juice.

The form is great, but the dose is meagre :( There is already more Q10 in BestLife and the price gets crazy if you wanted to raise the daily dose. A shame.
